Just wanted to say thankyou for my B-12 booster today. Before having the B-12 i used to suffer with many symptoms that i didnt think where a problem like hair loss everytime i washed my hair, tired all the time. I was putting all this down to being a mom, working fulltime along with a very busy mind and feeling low. This has since been so much better my hair is growing anf looking thicker, my brain clutter has also been better. Before I just didnt have any clarity it was like my mind couldnt focus and energy and just not motivated but this improved after i had my B-12 along with nail growth. My nails used to be so brittle and break where as now they seem so much stronger and are actually growing.
